His other accolades include graduating cumma sum laude from University of Florida with his BSBA and finishing top of his class with his MBA from Colorado Tech University. Justin is a highly experienced business executive who has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in highly competitive industries and fast-paced environments. Strong technical and business qualifications with an impressive track record of more than 12 years of hands-on experience in serial entrepreneurship in locally owned businesses aid his ability to run this organization. His proven ability to successfully analyze an organization's critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving customer service offerings coupled with his passion and love for children and desire to give back to his community is what The Sprout Foundation was born from. In his spare time Justin enjoys dinners with his wife, vacationing with his family, and having friends over to enjoy each other’s company.
